Stainless Steel Spring Scuba Fin Straps

These Fin Straps were modeled after the ones on Alex and Olga's web site at http://www.cyber-strategy.org/pers/FinStraps.html
and they work great!!!

I made a couple changes in materials by using stainless-steel welding rod in place of the expensive wire. I also used large heat shrink tubing to cover the end of the springs.

Bending the attachment points was a chore but once done extremely secure (I wouldn't want to try and remove one.

Once you get to this point cut down the ends of wire and finish bending them into a circle.

Thread the springs through the tubing, hook them to the attachment points, shrink the heat shrink tubing and you are done...
